摘要随着我国建筑行业在国内国外两个市场的不断扩张,建筑企业面临的竞争也日渐激烈。其竞争首先体现在综合实力的竞争,人才的竞争。建筑业为我国国家的发展做出了巨大的贡献,不可忽视的是“农民工”这一社会群体发挥的重要作用。现在,随着时代的进步发展,随着建筑企业的发展壮大,农民工的管理便成为其中一个突出的问题。建筑行业本身吸引的人力数量庞大、人力资源状况又非常复杂,因此,如何管理好建筑企业“农民工”这个庞大的队伍成功就显得非常必要。52352
本文分别从人力资源、农民工的安全管理角度分析了建筑企业在农民工管理方面存在的问题以及问题产生的原因,在通过对问题的分析之后分别对人力资源。安全管理角度提出了较为有效的、科学的管理措施。并分别列举实例来说明本文在研究出的管理方法的实用性,科学性。
本文通过理论分析与实证研究相结合,提出我国建筑企业在农民工管理方面新的方法,为我国建筑企业农民工管理提供了依据和参考。
