摘 要:21世纪10年代以来,90后学生逐渐替代了最后一批80后的学生,成为了高校的一股新鲜血液,他们正处于人生之中最青春最活跃的时期,而在如今这样的一个开放性的社会,大学生们亟需提高自己的人际交往能力,来为今后步入社会打下坚实的基础,作为我校90后的学生,在这样特殊的环境之下能否适应及处理好人际关系问题、遇到纠纷之后会采取怎么样的措施来解决,如何与不同身份地位的人相处以及是否存在交流隐患,这些都是等待我们分析和解决的问题.本文以针对我校大学生所做的关于人际关系的调查问卷为基础,运用SPSS等软件对数据进行交叉频数分析,旨在了解我校大学生人际关系特点和人际交往中存在的问题,找出哪些因素影响我校大学生人际关系以及影响的程度如何.通过调查大学生对人际交往原则的认识和理解,从中发掘到我校大学生人际关系的特点,帮助我校大学生解决人际交往障碍.62772

Abstract:Since 2010s, students born in 1990s have gradually replaced the last batch of students born in 1980s to be a new flow of blood in universities . They are in the most youthful and active period in their lifetime. However living in such an open society, college students are in urgent need to improve their communicating abilities so as to lay a solid foundation for entering into society in future. As students born in 1990s, can we adapt ourselves to this special environment and well handle with interpersonal relationships, what kind of measures will we take to solve any disputes we meet, how to get along with people in different status, and is there any hidden troubles in communication. All the above mentioned are all issues to be analyzed and solved. Based on the questionnaire of interpersonal relationships aimed at college students in our school, this article makes an crosstabulation on data by using software such as SPSS and is intended to get to know the characteristic of human relationships of college students in our school as well as problems existing in interpersonal communications, so as to further figure out factors influencing interpersonal relationships of our college students and the influencing extent as well. Through investigating cognition and understanding on characteristic of interpersonal relationships as well as communication principle, the article tries to find out characteristic of interpersonal relationships of our college students so as to help the students solve problems in communication.
