摘要关于土地利用变化的研究，它不仅是引起国际关注的话题，也是自然景观与人类活动联系密切的表现[1]。在经济快速发展的当今社会，人类不仅要面对巨大的人口压力，土地利用问题也越来越引起人们的广泛关注。土地利用和人们的生活联系密切，息息相关。68941
本文以徐州市为研究对象，通过RS、GIS等技术，利用2003年、2008年和2015年的卫星遥感数据，完成了徐州土地利用变化动态制图；得到的徐州市TM卫星遥感图，可以从中获取土地的变化数据；在此基础上，运用建立变化的模型的方法，对徐州市2003-2015年期间的土地变化情况进行解读，总结出徐州市的土地在利用方面变化的趋势和规律；然后使用分析法探寻出土地利用变化的主要的社会的经济的因素，尝试把徐州的土地利用变化和社会经济因素关联起来，分析实践活动对徐州地区的土地利用及土地变化的影响。
分析结果显示：时空变化是徐州市土地所呈现的一大特点，根据结果分析可知，徐州市的林地在逐渐增加，建筑用地也呈现增长的趋势，耕地却在不断地减少。造成这种变化的原因有，随着经济的快速发展，需要利用大量的耕地来扩大城市的规模。这既是经济因素也是社会因素。
以上研究结论可为徐州市未来土地资源合理利用和科学管理和规划提供数据支撑与决策支持。

Study on land use change in Xuzhou based on RS and GIS
Abstract
The research on the change of land use is not only an international frontier topic ,but also the most closely related to the natural landscape and human activities.With the rapid development of the social economy and the rapid growth of population,the contradiction from population is becoming more and more prominent,development of land demand pressure is constantly increasing.
The paper takes Xuzhou as the research object,first of all,can accurately obtain the dynamic change data of land of land utilization with the help of three-periods TM satellite remote sensing images respectively in 2003,2008and 2015 which rely on the RS and GIS technology,can accurately obtain the dynamic change data of land of land utilization.On this basis,the use of land use dynamic change model,analysis on the change of land use in Xuzhou city during 2003-2015,and the law of land use change in Xuzhou city was explored.Finally,the analysis method is used to explore the main social economic factors of land use change.The research achievement shows that the characteristics of temporal and spatial changes of land use in Xuzhou city.The changes of land use in Xuzhou city mainly showed the increase of forest land,construction land and the decrease of cultivated land.Above research conclusion can provide scientific and feasible basis for future reasonable land utilization and sustainable development of Xuzhou,but also supplies local departments with decision support about land planning and land utilization,which can further improve this area’s ecological environment.
