摘要随着高校的扩招和高等教育的普及，应届毕业生面临着就业难的形势。在就 业岗位有限的情况下，不少人选择了自主创业这条路。政府部门也相当支持大学 生自主创业这条路，因此在政策上一定程度帮助大学生创业。然而大学生自主创 业受诸多环境因素的影响，这直接影响着大学生创业的成败。所以本次研究大学 生创业环境的关系网络，主要以调查问卷的形式，主要研究政府政策、金融支持、 创业商业技能支持、社会经济条件支持这四个方面，总共收集到了 264 份有效 问卷，利用所收集到的数据，建立结构方程模型，进行模型参数估计，找到观测 变量以及潜在变量之间的关系，构建并分析创业环境影响因素的关系网络。69060

Investigation And Analysis On Influencing Factors Of Entrepreneurial Environment Of College Students In Xuzhou City
Abstract
In recent years, college students employment situation is becoming increasingly grim, the central and local governments have introduced a series of measures to ensure the employment of college students, one of which is to encourage college students to start a business. However, college students' entrepreneurship is influenced by many environmental factors. Generally speaking, the entrepreneurial environment factors directly affect the success or failure of college students, so the study of the relationship between College Students' entrepreneurial networks has become a more important step, which is conducive to college students. The questionnaire in this study, mainly studies the government policy, financial support, entrepreneurial business skills support, social and economic conditions support these four aspects, a total collection to the 264 valid questionnaires, using the collected data, establish a structural equation model, to estimate the model parameters, find the relationship between the observed variables and latent variables, and build the relationship network analysis of the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial environment.

1 研究背景与文献综述
在近十年里，随着高等学校的增加和高等教育的普及，大学生的数量越来越 多，在一定程度上促进了社会发展。但大学生的就业形势日趋严峻，这一现象在 某一程度影响着社会发展。在就业岗位紧缺的情况下，不少人选择了自主创业。 在目前就业岗位紧缺的情况下，如果大学生能成功创业，将创造出大量的小型商 业实体，缓解大学生就业难的情况。因此政府鼓励大学生自主创业并采取一系列 措施帮助缓解就业压力。
