本文主要关注T2紫铜以及TP2磷脱氧铜板带钢的生产技术要求及其关键生产工序的工艺特点来设计车间。根据中铝上海铜业有限公司现有的生产流程以及产品线,进行对产品生产熔炼以及铸锭工艺的制订、轧制制度编制、辊型制度制定、电机能力校核、轧辊强度校核,在设计过程中利用电脑软件Visual Basic编程语言,对轧制力及轧制力矩进行计算程序的编制,利用电脑软件Auto CAD对轧辊图进行绘制。从而设计出符合实际生产标准的产品及其生产流程以及车间。利用电脑软件Auto CAD绘制出自己所设计产品的生产线的厂房图纸。
