摘要:流变调节剂是近年来迅速发展起来的一类新型功能高分子材料,主要用于提高产品的黏度或稠度,具有用量小、增稠明显、使用方便等特点。而开发个人护理配方一定要考虑产品所需要的流变学性质,适当的流变学形态不仅给产品带来美丽的外观,而且赋予产品良好的稳定性和舒适的肤感,因而要选择正确的流变调节剂来实现某些性能。
AQUAXYL是一种新型的植物中提取出来的多糖型保湿剂,其主要成分是木糖醇葡萄糖苷、脱水木糖醇、木糖醇,俗称“透明质酸增强剂”。它可以通过改善水和甘油的输送、优化水的储备来有效地增加肌肤水分的储量和循环,同时又能增加某些重要脂质、蛋白质的合成来强化肌肤防脱水功效屏障。22317
本课题主要研究AQUAXYL与指定的几种不同流变调节剂的协同效应,从而更深入的了解并分析其对于流变调节剂的影响,以观测它们对样品稳定性影响。主要的实验方法是制作包含AQUAXYL与不包含AQUAXYL的霜状凝胶体系、O/W乳液体系、W/O乳液体系的样品,后进行显微镜观察,测定样品的粘度,然后根据所得的数据,作图并进行一系列的分析。实验研究表明,在所制样品中,当流变调节剂SEPIPLUS 400 复配SOLAGUM TARA,同时以1.0:0.5 配比时,与AQUAXYL保湿剂协同效应较好。

Synergistic Effect of Rheology Modifier and Moisturizer AQUAXYL
Abstract:Rheological regulator is developed rapidly in recent years, a kind of new functional polymer materials, mainly used for improving the viscosity and consistency, the product has the characteristics of small dosage, thickening obviously, easy to use, etc. And develop personal care formulations must consider the rheological properties of products, proper rheological form bring products not only beautiful appearance, and the stability of the products with good and comfortable skin feeling, so we should choose the correct rheological regulator to achieve certain performance.
AQUAXYL is a new type of plant polysaccharide extracted type moisturizing factor, its main compositions are Xylitylglucoside ,Anhydroxylitol and Xylitol, commonly known as "hyaluronic acid strengthening agent". It can improve the transport of water and glycerol, optimization of the water storage of the reserves to effectively increase skin moisture and circulation, and can give rise to some important lipid, protein synthesis, to strengthen the skin barrier prevent dehydration effect.
This topic main research AQUAXYL synergistic effect with specified several rheological regulator,thus we can better understand and analysis of its effect on the rheological regulator, to see their effects on stability of the samples.. The main experimental method is making samples,containing or not containing AQUAXYL in frost shape gel system, O/W emulsion system, W/O emulsion system,then observation the samples under the microscope, test their viscosity of the samples, then base the data to analyze .Experimental study shows that in the samples, when the rheological regulator SEPIPLUS 400 compound with SOLAGUM TARA, at the same time the ratio is 1.0:0.5, the synergistic effect with AQUAXYL moisturizer is better.
