摘要本文用两亲分子为原料包覆AXX,探索较佳防吸湿包覆工艺。以吸湿率降幅和包覆层质量分数为评价指标,以十八酸,十八醇,十八胺,十八酰胺等直链C18两亲分子为原料,先探索同一碳链长度不同极性基团分子及其投加量对改性硝酸铵吸湿性的影响,得到较佳防吸湿包覆工艺;同时,对包覆产物进行FTIR和SEM表征,分析包覆机理。进一步,尝试将得到的较佳工艺应用于AXX防吸湿改性包覆研究。结果表明:当表面活性剂为十八醇,投加量为2.000g时,包覆效果较佳;包覆样品在35℃、相对湿度68.5%条件下吸湿24h后,吸湿率降幅达20.1%,包覆层质量分数为1.04%;FTIR和SEM表征说明硝酸铵表面包覆有十八醇,并且颗粒表面结构得到改善;将该条件应用于AXX吸附包覆,所得包覆样品在35℃、相对湿度51%条件下吸湿24h后,吸湿率降幅为7.5%,包覆层质量分数为1.9%;由此,上述得到的包覆工艺可为进一步探索表面活性剂两亲分子改性AXX工艺机理提供了一定的研究基础。27023

Title The preliminary Study on the Coating Process of AXX with Amphiphilic Molecules
Abstract
Using amphiphile molecules as raw material,the better coating process of AXX for anti-hygroscopicity was researched in this paper. Anti-hygroscopicity effects of the same length of carbon chains with different polar groups such as stearic acid,octadecylamine,octadecanol,stearamide,and their different dosage were explored,using the decreasing amplitude of hygroscopicity and the coating layer mass fraction to evaluate the product,and then the better coating process was obtained;Meanwhile the coated product is characterized by FTIR and SEM ,the coating mechanism is also analysised.Furthermore,the obtained better coating process is tried to apply on the study of anti-hygroscopicity of coated AXX.Result showed that the decreasing amplitude of hygroscopicity of the coated sample reached 20.1% with 1.04% of the coating layer mass fraction when the used octadecanol was 2.000g and the testing condition was 35℃ of temperature and 68.5% of relative humidity and 24h of testing time;and the FTIR spectroscopy and SEM confirmed that the modified AN was coated with octadecanol,and its surface structure was improved; specially the obtained sample of AXX modified had a 7.5% of the decreasing amplitude of hygroscopicity and 1.9% of the coating layer mass fraction while this better process was applied on AXX;therefore ,the coating process above could lay a certain research foundation of the further study on exploring the surface modification of AXX for anti-hygroscopicity with amphiphile.
