摘要: 本设计主要是设计一个年产量50万只塑料油桶车间,主要是用高密度聚乙烯通过挤出吹塑成型得到塑料油汽桶,塑料油桶成型方法选择了挤出成型-中空吹塑,主要原因是生产的油桶体积为50L,制品比较大,容易受到自身重力影响质量,所以本设计在选取挤出机机头时,选用了带有储料缸的机头。生产塑料油桶的主要工艺,先将称量好的塑料和助剂预热和干燥,得到混合颗粒,注入储料缸中,通过单螺杆挤出机熔融塑化后经机头口模。挤出机头的口模可以取适宜的长径比、温度比例控制后,通过塑化的浆料挤出,挤出的为管状型坯。型坯到达预定长度时,进行夹模,然后将压缩空气注入,吹胀成型为制品。通过了厂址选择,工艺设计,原料的选择,设备的选定,物料衡算,车间布置设计及车间非工艺设计。31500

Annual output of 500000 plastic cans workshop process design
Abstract: This design mainly is to design an annual output of 500000 only plastic cans workshop, mainly with high density polyethylene plastic oil vapor is obtained by extrusion blow molding barrels, plastic barrels molding method chose the hollow extrusion molding, blow molding, the main reason is the production of oil drums of 50L, products is large, vulnerable to the quality of their own gravity, so this design in the selection of extruder head, selected with the loading cylinder head. Main technology of producing plastic cans to weigh a good plastic additives and preheating and drying, hybrid particles, injected into the loading cylinder, by single screw extruder melt through the nose mouth after plasticizing mode. The mouth of the extrusion mould can take appropriate proportion of length to diameter ratio, temperature control, Through plasticizing paste extrusion, extrusion for tubular billet. Parison reached predetermined length, to die, then the compressed air injection, blow molding products. Through the site selection, process design, the choice of raw materials, selection of equipment, material balance, the workshop layout design and workshop process design.
