摘要本文研究了极性烯烃类单体沉淀/原位聚合包覆硝酸铵(AN)的工艺。以包覆层质量分数、吸湿率降幅为考察指标,单因素探索了引发剂用量、单体种类、单体比例对硝酸铵吸湿率和包覆层质量分数的影响。结果表明:在甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯共聚比例为3:2,1:1,1:2,2:1,4:1和1:4中,当共聚比例为2:1时,空白共聚物成膜性最好。此时,甲基丙烯酸甲酯用量为4.2ml,丙烯酸丁酯用量为2.9ml,溶剂为氯仿,用量为30ml,引发剂用量为0.7%,反应时间为8h,反应温度为60℃时,所得聚合物包覆AN产物在相对湿度为68%(35℃ 饱和SrCl2溶液),吸湿24h,吸湿率降幅可达30.44%,此时,包覆层质量分数为0.25%左右。本文在吸湿率降幅达到30.44%时,保持包覆层质量分数在0.25%左右的水平,与已有同类文献相比有明显提高。32260

Title Studies on process of Coating AN with Precipitation and in Situ Polymerization was carried out in this paper
Abstract
Studies on process of coating AN with precipitation and in situ polymerization was carried out in this paper. Using ratio of coating layer and hydroscopicity declining rate as indexes, the effect of dosage of initiator, kinds of monomer, monomer ratio was index above. The result showed: When the monomer of MMA and BA mol ratio is 2:1, the copolymer film is the best one comparing with other copolymer mol ratios such as 3:2, 1:1, 1:2, 4:1 and 1:4. When the react condition was 4.2 ml of methyl methacrylate, 2.9 ml of butyl acrylate amount , 30 ml of the solvent of chloroform, 0.7% of initiator dosage,8h the reaction time , 60℃ the reaction temperature, the hydroscopicity declining rate could reach 30.44% in relative humidity of 68% (35℃ SrCl2 saturated solution) in 24h, and meanwhile, the cladding layer of mass fraction was about 0.25%. Therefore the result above showed that not only the hydroscopicity declining rate could reach 30.44% but also the cladding layer of mass fraction was about 0.25%. This was better than results reported in literature until now.
