设计总说明:本设计中所建设的污水处理厂位于长江口,主要处理苏州河沿岸(包括外高桥、浦西)的污水。污水处理厂设计规模180万m³/d,服务人口235万人。污水进水水质:CODcr: 250mg/L;BOD5:120mg/L;SS:150mg/L;TN:40mg/L;NH3-N :30mg/L;TP:4mg/L。35853
经过对各生物法处理工艺的研究比较并且结合设计污水的进出水质情况,确定采用A/O法处理工艺进行处理,以达到脱氮除磷、去除有机物的目的。
在设计中主要构筑物有细格栅、曝气沉砂池、A/O生物池、平流式沉淀池、污泥浓缩池。细格栅去除污水中的纤文等垃圾;曝气沉砂池的作用是从污水中分离相对密度较大的无机颗粒,防止后续处理构筑物管道的堵塞;A/O生物池是用来脱氮以及降解废水中的有机污染物;平流式沉淀池是将曝气后的混和液进行泥水分离,以保证最终出水水质;污泥浓缩池的主要作用是降低剩余污泥的含水率,减少污泥的体积,降低污泥外运费用。
在设计中废水经水泵一次提升后,靠重力流完成污水的全工艺处理,以节约动力消耗,并方便操作管理。
根据确定的工艺流程,本设计通过对构筑物(包括细格栅、曝气沉砂池、A/O生物池、平流式沉淀池、污泥浓缩池)主要尺寸的设计计算、水力损失计算,完成了设计工艺说明、工艺流程图(含高程布置)、厂区平面布置图和主体构筑物单体图。
本设计具有技术上可行、经济上合理的效果。投资费用约为50246.4万元,每吨水的处理费用为0.24元。设计的整个工艺流程简单、有效利用占地面积,能耗低、运行稳定、二次污染少等优点确保废水处理达标排放。
废水经处理后,水质满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)二级排放标准, CODcr≤100mg/L;BOD5≤30mg/L;SS≤30mg/L;TN≤35mg/L;NH3-N≤20mg/L;TP≤3mg/L。预计年削减COD量为:9.86万吨。这将提高污水处理率记充分发挥和体现保护水体的功能。

Design about A/O process for Sewage
General information of design: The sewage treatment plant which is mentioned in the design is located in Yangtze River. This sewage treatment plant contained dry weather flow from Suzhou river coast(including Waigaoqiao ,puxi, ect). The storage of waste water is1800000 m3 / d. Its service population is 2,350,000. Feed water quality is CODcr≤250mg/L, BOD≤120mg/L, SS≤150mg/L, TN≤40mg/L, NH3-N≤30mg/L, TP≤4mg/L.
Compared with the all sorts of biological treatment process based on the information of sewage, decide to useing A/O process, should be carried out to achieve the purpose of the removal of nitrogen & phosphorus and the degradation of the organic matter.
Fine screen, aerated grit chamber, A/O biological pond, advection sedimentation tanks and sludge thickener are the main structures in the design. The Fine screen to remove the garbage in wastewater such as fiber. Aerated grit chamber by water conservancy bow waves to separate sludge and organic matter. A/O biological pond removes organic matter and nitrogen & phosphorus. Advection sedimentation tanks are to separate sludge and sewage after aerating and to guarantee the ultimate pure quality water. Sludge thickener can reduce the moisture content of the remaining sludge and the volume of sludge so as to dispose it conveniently later.
In the design, in order to reduce power consumption and the waste-water treatment costs, facilitate the operation and management easily, the entire process of sewage treatment is completed by gravity flow after an upgrade with a water pump, which avoids sewage from repeated upgrading.
According to the confirmed process, the design calculated the main size of the structures (include the fine screen, aerated grit chamber, A/O biological pond, advection sedimentation tanks, sludge thickener) and the head loss, and completed the general information of the design, the process flow sheet (include high-rise layout), site map of the plant and the drawings of the main buildings.
