    摘要:本实验论文拟采用纤文素作为伊默宁载体粒子材料来加以研究。其价值在于研究制备出含伊默宁有效成分的驱蚊产品尤其是在延长驱蚊时间,从而提高驱蚊效果。而在运用纤文素作为载体制备包埋颗粒来包埋伊默宁使其达到该效果是一个很有创新的研究。本实验在前人研究的基础上,利用纤文素作为载体制备包埋颗粒进行包埋,制备出具有缓释和延长驱避时效作用的驱蚊产品进行研究。本研究主要以纤文素为壁材,制备含伊默宁的粒子,并对其影响因素进行了研究。考察了影响粒子粒径大小、粒子形貌,和包埋率测定分析。实验证明:得到的伊默宁粒子为水包油型;通过电镜照片观察粒子为核-壳结构呈球形;通过粒度分析仪测得平均粒径在6000nm左右;通过紫外分光光度计测得伊默宁包埋率在60%-80%证明本试验方法对伊默宁有良好的包覆性。6344

    The study on the preparation of insect repellent particles containing 3-(N-acetyl amino-n-butyl)-Ethyl
    Abstract: In this study intends to adopt cellulosic materials as 3-(N-acetyl amino-n-butyl)-Ethyl carrier particles to be studied. Its value lies in the study prepared by 3-(N-acetyl amino-n-butyl)-Ethyl active ingredients containing repellent mosquito repellent products, especially over an extended time, thereby enhancing the repellent effect. And in the use of cellulose as a carrier to prepare entrapping particles embedded 3-(N-acetyl amino-n-butyl)-Ethyl to reach this effect is a very innovative research. In this experiment, on the basis of previous studies, the use of cellulose as a carrier particles were prepared by embedding, prepared with slow-release and extended the role of mosquito repellent products for aging research.Nanoparticles within the 3-(N-acetyl amino-n-butyl)-Ethyl was prepared using cellulose as raw material in the paper, and it's influenced factor was studied to prolong the driving time and advance the driving effect.The impact of nano-microencapsulation particle size distribution, morphology and embedding rate of factors was studied too, and its stability in the well prescription was also analyzed. The experimentation proved that the 3-(N-acetyl amino-n-butyl)-Ethyl particles are the oil-in-water type;Through the transmasion electron microscope photos showed that the marphese of particles is spherical with core-sell structure;Through the particle-nano size analyzer measured in the average size of 6000nm,through high-performance liquid chromatography measured the 3-(N-acetyl amino-n-butyl)-Ethyl embedded in the rate of 60% to 80%.
