    摘要本文采用加热法、超声波法、NaOH法对剩余污泥有机质的提取条件及组合方式进行了研究,并开展了提取物/PANI复合材料吸附性能的单因素实验。结果表明提取条件为:pH为11±0.2,温度为80oC,水浴30min,超声功率200W,超声时间15min的加热法、超声波法、NaOH法(热碱超)组合方式提取效果最佳,且好氧污泥提取效率比厌氧污泥高;复合材料对甲基橙(MO)的吸附明显好于罗丹明B(RhB);投加量对提取物/PANI复合材料的吸附性能有影响;pH在3-10之间对复合材料没有明显影响,但过酸或过碱均不利吸附;CO32-离子对材料吸附作用有明显影响;复合材料的吸附受温度的影响较弱。42565

    Title    The extraction and application of EPS from resdual sludge      

    Abstract

    This paper studied three different biomass (from residual sludge) extraction methods including heating, ultrasonication, sodium hydroxide extraction and  combinations of these methods. An eco-friendly polymer Extract/PANI composite prepared from biomass and polyaniline was investigated to remove dyes from aqueous solution as an adsorbent efficiently. A series of single element experiments concluded that the dosage of Extract/PANI, the adsorption reaction time, the initial concentration of the dye, the pH of the solution and inorganic ions dissolved in the solution all had an effect on the removal of dye. It was discovered that the optimum extraction rate was a combination of sodium hydroxide(pH=11±0.2),heating(80℃, 30min) and ultrasonication extraction(200W 15min).The results indicated that the aerobic sludge had a higher extraction ratio than anaerobic sludge. It was found that the Extract/PANI composite as an adsorbent could remove MO more effectively than RB and the dosage of the composite had an influence on the adsorption .The results showed that pH had hardly effect on the removal of the dye, however, when the solution was over basic or acidic the adsorption process will be constrained. A large number of CO32- in the solution had a negative effect on the adsorption. Moreover, the temperature(25-45℃) had a weak impact on the adsorption.
