摘要: 薄荷是一种唇形科植物,其味青气芳香。薄荷香精具有芳香、辛辣、凉感的特点,主要被用于口腔卫生用品、食品、化妆品等的加香。近些年来随着烟草行业的发展,薄荷香精也被运用到烟草加香中,清凉薄荷香型卷烟一度受到吸烟群体的青睐。本课题旨在对清凉薄荷香型卷烟的加料、加香技术进行研究。通过对空白卷烟的评吸,选择适合该空白卷烟的料用香精进行调香,调配出符合所用烟丝风格的加料香精。并对拥有薄荷特征香气的香原料进行嗅辨,选择适合所用烟丝,以及加料香精的香原料进行调香,调配薄荷表香香精。通过对空白实验卷烟的加料加香,评吸后修改香精配方,在协调烟香和整体香韵,修整卷烟产品的吸味及吃味,最终得到符合课题的清凉薄荷型卷烟的加料加香香精配方。69508

The feeding of mint flavor in cigarettes
Abstract: Mint is a labiaceae plant,smells cool.Mint flavor has a fragrant, spicy, cool feeling characteristics, mainly used for oral hygiene products, food, cosmetics and other fragrance. In recent years, with the development of the tobacco industry, mint flavor is also applied to tobacco flavoring, cool mint flavor cigarettes was once the favor of smoking groups. The purpose of this paper is to study the feeding and flavoring of cool mint flavor cigarettes. Through making smoking evaluation of blank cigarettes, choose the appropriate flavor for the blank cigarettes for perfuming, with the use of tobacco to adjust the style of the feed flavor. And have the characteristics of mint flavor aroma of raw materials for sniffing, select the appropriate use of tobacco, as well as the fragrance of raw materials for perfuming incense, the deployment of mint table fragrance. Through the blank experiment cigarettes feeding fragrance, after the assessment of modified fragrance formula, in coordination of smoke and the whole fragrance, the cultivation of cigarette products, taste and taste, and ultimately get the subject of cool mint-type cigarettes plus flavoring flavor formula.
