        强碱性丙烯酸系离子交换树脂采用如下生产流程:丙烯酸甲酯分批加入装有分散剂的聚合反应釜中,使用高位槽添加引发剂,悬浮聚合得到聚丙烯酸树脂。之后使用聚丙烯酸树脂和N,N-二甲基-1.-3-丙二胺进行酰胺化反应,得到的产物经过酸洗,碱洗,醇洗之后与氯甲烷发生季胺化反应,之后经过洗涤,干燥,包装得到成品。在生产过程中,同时考虑了成本、污染、性能、循环利用等方面对工厂进行了合理的设计和优化,并成功绘制工艺流程图以及车间平面布置图。
