    摘要:就目前而言,现在的部分灭火已经满足不了一些火灾的需要,需要研究出能研制出满足一些特殊火灾的灭火器,从而更好地保护人们的财产和生命。对于现在常用的扑灭油类火灾的灭火器中含有PFOS成分的泡沫灭火剂,而PFOS对环境具有一定危害,我们需要开发出新型且环保的灭火器来解决消防事故。本论文通过选取不同的环保型表面活性剂,运用具塞刻度量筒来测出不同的表面活性剂的发泡倍数及其泡沫稳定性,然后测定表面活性剂的表面张力,根据实验结果选取性能较突出的AOS、POEA-15、AC1210、APG 0810和THSB等作为复配实验材料,运用正交试验法研究了它们复配后的发泡效果、泡沫稳定性及其表面张力。结果表明,当AOS、POEA-15、AC1210、APG0810及THSB质量比为1.00:0.44:0.33:2.66:0.67时,复配体系的发泡效果及泡沫稳定性最好。最后取适量PAM、黄原胶、CMC及海藻酸钠为添加剂,与一定量的上述复配发泡体系混合配制成水成膜泡沫灭火剂,并利用正交试验研究所得灭火剂的铺展、密封及抗烧性能。结果表明,当添加剂各组分配比为1:2:2:1时,与复配发泡体系配制的灭火剂具有最佳的发泡、稳定、铺展及抗燃烧性能。通过灭汽油火实验发现,按最佳配比配制的泡沫灭火剂具有优良的灭火性能。47458

    One kind of AFFF configuration and its characterization

    Abstract: .At present, now part of the fire has been to meet the needs not some of the fires and need to study developed to meet some special fire extinguishers to better protect people's property and lives. For now commonly used extinguish oil fire extinguishers contain PFOS ingredients of foam fire extinguishing agent and PFOS on the environment has certain harm, we need to develop new and environmentally friendly fire extinguisher to solve the fire accident. This paper through select different environmental protection type surface active agent, uses the plug graduated cylinder to measure the foamability of different surface active agent and foam stability, and determination of the surface tension of the surfactant, according to the experiment result, choosing a more prominent performance of AOS, POEA-15, AC1210 APG 0810 and THSB, as a complex experimental materials, using orthogonal test method of their complex foaming effect, foam stability and surface tension. The results show that when AOS, POEA-15, AC1210, APG0810 and THSB mass ratio was 1.00:0.44:0.33:2.66:0.67, foaming and foam stability of mixed system. Finally, the best amount of PAM, yellow gum, sodium alginate and CMC as additives, mixing the compound foaming system with a certain amount of preparation of AFFF, and use orthogonal test to study the spreading the fire extinguishing agent, sealing and anti burning performance. The results show that when the additive distribution ratio is 1:2:2:1, fire extinguishing agent and preparation of compound foaming system has the best stability, foaming, spreading and burn resistance. Through the suppression of gasoline fire experiment, foam extinguishing agent prepared according to the optimal ratio of having excellent fire extinguishing performance.
