摘要:石墨烯是近年来备受瞩目的一种新型材料,本文以石墨粉为原料,通过改进的Hummer法制备石墨烯。再用已制备的石墨烯通过水热法制备石墨烯量子点。用紫外光谱仪测其浓缩前后的液体紫外,研究发现浓缩前后的峰值有明显的变化,浓缩后的峰强度大大增高;继而在不同激发波长下测石墨烯量子点的荧光,发现随着激发波长的增加,在427 nm和510 nm处的两个峰强度均呈现先增后减的趋势,随之拍摄了石墨烯和石墨烯量子点的电镜图,进一步研究其结构和性质。最后再以钠,甲苯,六溴苯为原料制备出石墨烯量子点/石墨烯纳米带复合物,通过固体紫外光谱,拉曼光谱和透射电镜等手段对其结构和形貌进行了表征。50491

The preparation and characterization of Graphene quantum dots supported graphene nanoribbons
Abstract:Graphene is a new material in recent years that many people take attention to. In this paper,graphite powder as raw material.Using the modified Hummer prepared graphene. Then use the graphene prepared graphene quantum dots by hydrothermal method and measured UV of the GQD. Then concentrated it, measured UV again. The results showed the peak of before and after significant changes. The peak of the solution which after the concentrated was greatly increased. Then I measured graphene quantum dot fluorescence at different excitation wavelength. With the increase of the excitation wavelength,the peak at 427 nm and 510 nm are all decrease and then increase. After that,I looked graphene and geaphene quantum dot electron microscopy to study them structure and properties. Finally,use Na,Toluene,Hexabromobenzene preparation of graphene quantum dots supported by Graphene Nanoribbons. Firing at different temperatures and analysis the products. For example, take the picture of them, measure them solid UV, get them electron microscopy and Raman. Through the product’s physical and chemical analysis to study its structure and performance.
