摘 要:高纯度元明粉的生产一般注重多效循环以及精确的温度与压力控制,在工厂的实际前提下,比较了多种生产方法,选择较为合理的制销制盐工程的工艺、设备方案,主要工艺参数以及该装置达到的产品质量和能耗主要指标。同时分析了我国制元明粉项目投资在卤水净化、设备选材、自动控制等的观念,进而绘制了车间布置的平面图和立体图。并简要介绍处理制硝废水的情况,运用新型的盐析工艺,做到对生产元明粉在制硝过程中把外排废水中的硝盐进行分离,以保护环境,又使废弃物得到综合利用。53155

Abstract: The production of high purity sodium sulfate generally focuses on more repeated circulation and precise temperature and pressure control. Under the actual situation of the factory, the rational process and he process equipment scheme are proposed by comparing all kinds of process. as well as the product quality that this factory will achieve and major energy consumption indexes.And it also analyzes the problem of concept and value orientation on brine purification, selection of material of equipment and automatic control in terms of the investment of Produce sodium sulfate. So the plan and the elevation view are determined. To reach the aim of environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of the waste resources, salt and sodium sulfate in the purged waste are separated in the process of making sodium sulfate by means of a new salting out technology.
