    摘要:固体脂质微粒作为一种新型包覆技术载体,在化妆品领域也有应用。TiO2作为目前市场上最常用的物理防晒剂,其应用限制是具有光化学反应,以及纳米级 TiO2颗粒是否有经皮肤渗透的安全性问题。将固体脂质微粒应用到包覆 TiO2上,包覆后的 TiO2 一方面其配伍性能与稳定性得到很大提高,另一方面与皮肤相隔离,降低了对皮肤的毒副作用。本课题主要研究了固体脂质微粒包覆 TiO2的制备技术,从原料筛选及配方优化两大方面进行研究。原料筛选从液态油脂、固态油脂、乳化剂三大类进行;配方优化是将最初配方中TiO2的含量由 1%增加到 3%,筛选硬脂酰谷氨酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-21 的复配比例、研究不同油脂含量对固体脂质微粒包覆 TiO2及其防晒性能的影响。实验结果表明:在 TiO2含量为3%的条件下,合适的液态油脂为硅油 345、固态油脂为22醇、乳化剂由硬脂酰谷氨酸钠与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-21以2:1的比例复配组成; 油脂含量越大,体系中油脂团聚现象越明显;油脂含量越小,体系的油、水相分离现象越明显;油脂含量的改变对样品紫外吸收性能的影响不大。 57148

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) as the most popular physical sunscreens at present cosmetic market, with its application restrictions of  photochemical reactions and whether nanoscale titanium dioxide particles have a safety problem of percutaneous penetration. The application of solid lipid nanoparticles to coat TiO2 can improve the compatibility and stability of TiO2 on the one hand, meanwhile, with a function of the skin isolation which can reduce the secondary  effects on the skin. The main task of this study is to research the preparation technology  of solid lipid nanoparticles loaded  TiO2, the raw materials selection and formulation optimization are two main aspects of this study. Selection of raw materials consist of three main classes which including liquid lipids, solid lipids and emulsifiers; formulation optimization with a prerequisite of increasing the content of TiO2  from 1% to 3% in the initial formulation, the selection of  mixed proportions of Eumulgin SG and Eumulgin S21 were studied, as well as the effects of different fat content to solid lipid nanoparticles loaded TiO2  and its sun-screening performance. The result showed that under the premise of the content of TiO2 is 3%, the optimal formulation was  based on Sil-345 as the liquid oil, Oil-22 as the solid lipid and emulsifiers were mixed SG and S21 with the mixture ratio is 2:1.  The greater of oil content, the clearer of oil agglomeration phenomenon; the smaller of fat content, the more evident of oil and water phase separation phenomenon; in addition, the change of the fat content has little effect on the UV absorption properties.
