    摘 要:合成新型拓扑结构的沸石分子筛材料一直是研究的热点,近年来各个课题小组都集中于对现有的分子筛进行后处理结构改性的研究。本课题概述了近年来国内外在多孔材料和分子筛方面的研究进展、取得的成果及其运用,而创造新型具有稳定骨架的分子筛成为了巨大挑战。在总结了其性质及结构从而提出设想从形成碱金属-氧(M-O)的构筑单元来增强分子筛的热稳定性,而研究发现的金刚石拓扑结构的化合物都具有较好的热稳定性。总之,经过多次反复摸索,我们的实验在强酸性水热条件下,成功合成出一个新颖的具有金刚石拓扑结构的硫酸盐分子筛59797(H3O)7[Na3(SO4)4]Cl2并测得其骨架和结构。该化合物晶体结构具有三维空间骨架。每4个钠和4个硫酸根组成了一个类立方烷结构的次级结构单元。每一个次级结构单元的中心都有一个游离的钠离子,每个次级结构单元和周围4个次级结构单元通过共用硫酸根上的氧原子连接在一起。6个次级结构单元形成一个六元环,每4个六元环之间通过共用边相互连接,构成了一个[64]笼,最终形成了一个具有金刚石拓扑结构的骨架。而在骨架内部,游离的氯离子和质子化的水存在于六元环孔道中,起平衡骨架电荷的作用。59197

    Abstract:Synthetic new topological structure of the zeolite molecular sieve materials has always been the hot spot of the study, each subject group in recent years has focused on the study of molecular sieve for reprocessing structure modification of existing. This topic at home and abroad in recent years is outlined in the porous material and the progress of molecular sieve, achievements and their use, and create a new stable skeleton molecular sieve has become a big challenge. In summarizes the properties and structure so as to put forward the idea from the formation of alkali metal−oxygen (M−O) build units to enhance the thermal stability of the molecular sieve, and the study found that the diamond topology structure of the compound has good thermal stability. All in all, after repeated. Our experiment under the condition of strongly acidic water hot, successfully create a novel sulfate with diamond topology structure of molecular sieve (H3O)7[Na3(SO4)4]Cl2 and measured its skeleton and structure. The crystalline structure of the compound has a skeleton in three dimensional space. Every four sodium and sulfate formed a kind of secondary structural unit of cubane structure. Each a secondary structural unit center has a free of sodium ions, each secondary structural unit and the surrounding four secondary structural unit by means of the oxygen atoms together is the common sulfuric acid root. Six secondary structural unit to form a six-member ring, every 4 six-member ring by common boundary between mutual connection, form a [64] cage, eventually forming a skeleton with diamond topology structure. Inside the skeleton, free of chloride ions and protons water exists in six-member ring channel, balance the role of skeleton charge.
