摘要:近年来,中草药化妆品越来越受市场的青睐,有些专家认为中草药化妆品传递着绿色,天然的信息,但对中草药组合发酵的研究并不多。本项目通过对中草药组合进行物料比、发酵温度、发酵时间、接种量、葡萄糖用量和起始pH六组单因素实验,以DPPH清除率和pH值为指标,得到最佳的实验方案:物料比1:100,发酵温度37℃,发酵时间36h,接种量16%,葡萄糖用量4%,起始pH=7.5。以最佳实验发酵条件,对比了水提物和发酵物的抗氧化性,得出发酵物的抗氧化性效果更佳。以牛津杯法对痤疮丙酸杆菌和黄金色葡萄球菌进行试验,最终证明发酵物有一定抑菌效果。68792

Preparation and Performance Evaluation of a Traditional Chinese Medicine Combination Fermentation Broth with Bacteriostatic Effect
Abstract:In recent years,Chinese herbal medicine cosmetics more and more favored by the market,some experts believe that Chinese herbal cosmetics transfer green,natural information, but the combination of Chinese herbal medicine fermentation research is not much. In this project,the optimal ratio of DPPH removal rate and pH value was obtained by comparing the ratio of material to material,fermentation temperature,fermentation time,inoculation amount, glucose dosage and initial pH six groups. 1: 100,fermentation temperature 37℃,fermentation time 36 h,inoculation amount 16%,glucose dosage 4%,initial pH = 7.5.With the best experimental fermentation conditions,the antioxidant properties of the water extract and the fermented product were compared,and the antioxidant effect of the fermented product was better.Oxford Cup method of Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus aureus were tested,and finally proved to have a certain bacteriostatic effect.
