    摘要本课题针对热气溶胶灭火剂材料多、配方复杂的实际问题,提出一种快速优选灭火剂配方的方法。目前,对于判断气溶胶灭火剂灭火性能,相关研究人员给出了燃烧时间和灭火时间等表征方法,而本论文着眼于灭火剂选择中的实际问题,创建了快速优选配方的方法,该方法主要通过对灭火剂使用时灭火时间和燃烧时间的比值进行判断,同时综合其残留率和燃烧温度来优选配方。实验过程中,第一步,主要以氧化剂硝酸钾、硝酸锶为基础,同十几种不同的可燃剂如蔗糖、双氰胺等进行配方,运用快速优选的方法选出最佳的氧化剂和可燃剂组合;第二步,分别加入磷酸二氢钾等六种添加剂进行实验,用同样的分析方法确定最佳添加剂;第三步,通过正交实验对优选出来的配方进一步优化,再次使用上述方法确定出配方中各成份的最佳比例;最后,通过使用标准的灭火弹,装入优选出来的灭火剂配方进行实验检验,得出实验结果:优选出来的配方灭火性能好,且残留率和燃烧温度都较低。63646

    研究表明:通过对多种氧化剂、还原剂和添加剂不同的配方组合设计,并进行灭火实验,运用判断其灭火时间/燃烧时间值的大小,综合残留率、燃烧温度因素的方法快速比较各配方的优劣,经实验表明,用该方法优选得到的配方,达到了降低热气溶胶出口温度的目的,符合实验要求。

    Title        The research of the fast optimization of hot gas sol fire extinguishing agent formula design

    Abstract

    According to the practical problems that so many material in aerosol extinguishing agent and complicated of the formula, This topic put forward a fast method to choose a fire extinguishing agent formula. Currently, to judge the aerosol fire extinguishing agent performance, relevant researchers presented characterization methods, such as combustion and extinguishing time, and considering the practical problems in the choice of agent, this paper creates a fast optimization formula method, the method is mainly through using the ratio of fire extinguishing time and its burning time when judging, integrating its retention rate and combustion temperature at the same time to choose the formula. In the process of experiment, the first step, mainly on the basis of oxidant, strontium nitrate and potassium nitrate, and more than 10 kinds of different combustible agent such as lactose, sucrose and dicyandiamide to form a new formula, through using the fast optimum method to select the best combination of antioxidants and combustible agent; The second step, adding additive such as potassium dihydrogen phosphate to the formula that is selected in the first step to perform experiments and using the same analysis method to determine the best additive; The third step,  further optimizing the formula that selected before through the orthogonal experiment, using the above method again to determine the best proportion of each ingredient in the formula; Finally, inspecting the extinguishing agent formula by using standard fire extinguishing installation, experiment results: the formula has good fire extinguishing performance and low retention rate and combustion temperature.

    Research shows that: the variety of oxidant, reducing agent and additives with different sets of formula design, and fire extinguishing experiment, using the judgement of the fire extinguishing time/burning time value, the size of the comprehensive ratio of residual and the combustion temperature quickly to compare the pros and cons of each formulation, the experimental results show that by optimizing the formula, the method achieved the purpose of reducing the outlet temperature of the hot sol, conform to the requirements of the experiment.
