    摘要本文采用硅橡胶进行了静电纺丝,探索硅橡胶的可纺性,用于增韧聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜,用以研究橡胶纤维对树脂薄膜的增韧作用。

    利用偏光显微镜对橡胶电纺纤维形貌进行观察,确定硅橡胶可纺的最佳条件: 溶剂是十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的饱和溶液,硅橡胶的浓度C=12wt%,溶剂配比为THF:CHCl3=4:1,纺丝电压为U=25kV,接收距离为L=8cm,纺丝速率为=1.2mL·h-1。63840

    通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM) 、旋转粘度计、热失重仪(TG) 、万能电子拉伸机、差式扫描量热仪(DSC)等方法系统研究PI/硅橡胶电纺纤维复合薄膜的切面形貌、结构、力学性能和热性能。加入硅橡胶使PI的热稳定性略有下降;加入适量的硅橡胶不会影响PI的使用温度。加入硅橡胶电纺纤维对PI起到了增韧效果。橡胶电纺溶液浓度对增韧效果没有很明显的影响;在一定范围内,橡胶纤维加入量越多,增韧效果就越好,但同时会使PI的强度有所降低。

    Abstract In this paper, silicon rubber were used for electrospinning, and the spinability of the silicone rubber was explored. The silicon rubber electrospum fiber were used to toughen PI film. The toughening effect was researched. 

    The polarization microscope was used to observe the morphology of rubber electrospum fiber. The best condition of electrospinning was determined. Saturated solution of CTAB was used as solvent; The silicone rubber concentration was 12wt%; Solvent ratio (THF:CHCl3) was 4 to 1; Spinning voltage was 25kV; Spinning distance was 8cm; Spinning speed was 2mL·h-1.

    The structure, Section morphology, thermal property and mechanical property of PI/silicon rubber electrospum fiber composite were characterized by Fourier IR spectra (FTIR), rotational viscometer, scanning electron microscop(SEM), thermogravimetric(TG), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), universal electronic testing machine. The thermal stability of PI was decreased because of the silicone rubber. The operating temperature of PI would not be effected with moderate silicon rubber. PI was toughened by the silicon rubber electrospum fiber. Among different concentration spinning solution of silicon rubber, there was no obvious influence on toughening effect. In a certain range, with the silicon rubber electrospum fiber increasing, the toughening effect became better. However, the PI strength was decreased in a way at the same time.
