    摘要乙烯基硅树脂微球是一种有机-无机杂化聚合物,其分子主链为Si-O键无机结构,侧链乙烯基是有机基团,这种聚合物兼具无机材料的优良耐热性,润滑性和高分子材料的韧性,高弹性。本课题以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷为单体,在碱性条件下水解缩合,制备乙烯基硅树脂微球。采用红外、XRD、TG等测试手段,对其结构进行表征。测试表明:所制备的乙烯基硅树脂微球为微米级,粒径分布窄,耐热性能优异。63843

    采用巯基乙酸对乙烯基硅树脂微球进行改性,制备巯基改性乙烯基硅树脂微球,其粒径为200nm。通过红外、核磁、XRD对产物结构进行表征,测试表明,通过乙烯基硅树脂微球和巯基乙酸水解缩合反应能制备出含羧基的乙烯基硅树脂微球;TG结果显示,在温度高达800℃时,残碳量为60%。这表明所制备的巯基改性乙烯基硅树脂微球有良好的热稳定性。

    Abstract Title  Modification and properties of silicon resin microspheres

    Abstract Vinyl silicone resin is a kind of organic-inorganic hybrid polymer, with Si-O being its backbone and organic group-vinyl as the side chain, providing high heat resistance, lubrication, polymer material,s toughness and high elasticity. In this paper, the vinyl silicone resin microspheres were synthesized by hydrolytic condensation of vinyl-trimethoxy-silane with basic as catalyst. The structure and properties of the vinyl silicone resin microspheres were confirmed by FT-IR spectroscopes, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results indicated that the vinyl silicone resin microspheres had a certain ordered structure, a narrow size distribution and high thermal stability.

    The vinyl silicone resin microspheres were modified with thioglycolic acid, with  diameters 200nm. The structures of the products were characterized by IR, NMR, XRD. The tests showed that vinyl silicone resin microspheres, containing carboxyl,  can be prepared via hydrolytic condensation reaction using the vinyl silicone resin and thioglycolic acid; The results of TG showed that the vinyl silicone resin microspheres,  modified with thioglycolic acid, had good thermal stability properties and its amount of residual carbon is 60% at the temperature 800℃.
