    摘要降低气溶胶灭火剂燃烧温度,可有效增加气溶胶灭火系统的有效载荷和提高灭火效率。本文采用理论和实验相结合的方式研究了气溶胶灭火剂的低燃烧温度技术途径;首先采用最小自由能算法理论研究了可燃剂、粘合剂和氧化剂对气溶胶灭火剂燃烧温度的影响规律,然后利用实验对理论研究结果进行了验证,初步设计了低燃温气溶胶灭火剂。结果表明:气溶胶灭火剂的燃烧温度随着粘合剂、可燃剂含量的增加而减少,氧化剂含量的增加而升高;理论研究结果与实验研究基本一致;以8%~15%(质量比)的酚醛树脂做粘合剂,以55%~65%的硝酸钾、硝酸鍶的混合做氧化剂,同时根据需要可添加硝酸铵,以5%~10%的含量为准,以25%~35%尿素、焦炭适当的混合做可燃剂来配制灭火剂能够有效的降低灭火剂燃烧温度;设计的低燃烧温度灭火剂配方,在释放时未加冷却介质的情况下,喷口未见明显火焰,基本实现了低燃烧温度的目标。64151

    Title    The research of new low combustion temperature aerosol fire extinguishing agent technology                     

    Abstract The low combustion temperature of aerosol fire extinguishing agent can not only increase the actual payload of fire extinguishing systems, but also enhance the extinguishing efficiency of the extinguishing agents. A theoretical analysis and experimental investigation were conducted to explore the ways of decreasing combustion temperature of aerosol fire extinguishing agents. The procedures are listed as follow: 1) the method of minimum free energy algorithm is used to study the influences of the mass ratio of combustiles , oxidants and binders on the combustion temperature; 2) then, the results of theoretical analysis are compared with the experimental results; 3) the new recipe of the aerosol fire extinguishing agent is proposed.on the base of these researches. The results show that the combustion temperature increases as the mass ratio of binders and oxidants decrease. The new recipe includes . 8% to 15% (mass ratio) of the phenolic resin as the binder;55% to 65% of potassium nitrate, strontium nitrate mixture to make oxidizer,and ammonium nitrate may be added as needed to the content of 5% to 10; to 25% to 35% urea, coke make suitable mixing combustibles extinguishing agent formulated extinguishing agent can effectively reduce the combustion temperature.

    No evident flame can be seen near the vent when using the newly designed recipe, which basically realize the goal of decreasing combustion temperature.
