摘要:目前房地产业已经成为地区甚至我国的经济支柱,随着房地产业的日益壮大,它的发展更是带动其他产业的发展,推动着我国工业化、城市化和现代化的进展。我国的房地产行业的发展是迅速的,然而这样的发展也伴随着一系列的问题存在,而这些问题已然限制了房地产的发展。如果这些问题不能被很好地解决,这种不良影响很可能会扩散到其他行业,甚至影响整个区域的发展。这些问题不仅出现在大的市场和大城市中,在小城市中的反应也十分明显。本文阐述了丰县房地产市场问题,这些问题包括房地产行业发展过快,县城房价过高且持续增长,城市住房空置率太高,县城建设缺乏特色,房地产企业环保意识薄弱以及物业管理不规范。然后就这些问题分析其出现的原因并提出相应的解决策略,以期望丰县房地产市场在未来的发展过程中能够有所改善,创造一个良好的房地产市场环境,为区域的经济发展做出贡献。35989

Study on the problem of the real estate market
in Fengxian County
Abstract: At present, the real estate industry has become economic pillar of a region or even China. With the expansion of real estate industry, its development is to drive the development of other industries, promoting the progress of the industrialization, urbanization and modernization of our country. The development of the real estate industry is rapid in our country. But this development is also accompanied by a series of problems, and these problems have already limited the development of real estate. If these problems can not be well solved, the bad effects will be likely to spread to other industries, and they even affect the development of the whole region. These problems not only appear in the big market and big cities, but also appear in mall cities. In this paper, I will talk about some problems about real estate market in Fengxian , which include the rapid development of the real estate industry, continued growth of higher price, the higher rate of urban housing vacancy , lacking of features, lacking of environmental awareness that operator must need and property management out of standardization. Then the paper analysis the reasons for these problems and put forward the corresponding solutions to realize real estate market can be improved in the future development process to create a good real estate market environment for economic development of the region.
