摘要：自改革开放以来，中国充分利用经济全球化加速发展的有利时机，通过国内外贸体制改革推动外贸出口战略的发展，如今中国的进出口总额在世界排名第3，成为在国际贸易中不可忽略一个大国。但随着贸易额的增长，中国的外贸环境发生巨大变化，中国已经成为其他许多国家反倾销的主要目标。自20世纪90年代，原产地规则成为贸易保护主义手中的重要工具之一。因此，本毕业论文通过研究日本的原产地规则，试图从中发现日本原产地规则如何保护和促进本国贸易发展。并且通过学习日本原产地规则，以期为增强中国的贸易保护水平提供理论建议。6264

The use of rules of origin in Japan and its Reference to China
Abstract：Since reform and opening, China full use of economic globalization is accelerating the development of the favorable opportunity, through domestic foreign trade system reform to promote the development of export strategies, and now China's import and export volume ranked third in the world, can not be ignored in international trade a big country . But with the growth of trade volume, China's foreign trade environment has undergone tremendous changes in many other countries, China has become the main target of anti-dumping. Since the 1990s, rules of origin, trade protectionism become an important tool in the hands of one. Therefore, this paper studies the rules of origin in Japan, trying to discover from the rules of origin in Japan how to protect and promote their trade. And by learning the rules of origin in Japan, in order to enhance the level of trade protection in China to provide a theoretical proposal.
