摘要近几年,金融行业是朝着世界化的路线加速前进的，而且离岸金融的发展是让这个行业走向繁荣的必经之路。我们国家的人民币走向世界舞台的步伐加快了，并且跨境资本流动的增长，离岸中心的建立己经到了有实质性进展。而上海作为中国以“四个中心”建设为目标，且已经有相当具有基础的城市来说，建立发展上海人民币离岸金融市场是它发展的必由之路。上海自贸区是我们国家经济创新最突出的建设，通过这条渠道可以与世界的金融接轨，并引导了我们国家的这个行业的前进，而离岸金融是这个区内的十分注重的一个金融项目，将国内的贸易等同于跨境贸易，本篇论文介绍了离岸金融的相关定义，以日本离岸金融业务的成功经验作为参考，通过分析日本这个行业的前进道路遇到的问题作为上海发展的一个启示。上海自贸区的建立是有很多的优势的，我们要充分的利用这个优势来探索在这个自贸区内我们国家的人民币离岸业务面向世界化的发展的一个道路，具有相当重要的现实意义。43643

Title The Exploration of Shanghai Free Trade Zone RMB Offshore Market Business
Abstract
Offshore finance plays an important role in the prosperity of international financial industry with the increasing development of globalization of international financial industry.The speeding up of the internationalization of the RMB, the growth in cross-border capital flows, the establishment of RMB offshore center is coming to a substantive progress. And Shanghai in China according to the construction of "four centers" as the goal, and there have been a very basic city, set up development of Shanghai offshore financial market is the only way for the development of it. Shanghai free trade zone is the most prominent economic innovation of our country construction, through the channels can be with the world financial market, and guide the advance of the industry of our country, and offshore finance is the area is very the attention of a financial project, equating the domestic trade to cross-border trade, this paper introduces the related definition of offshore financial, the successful experience of offshore financial business in Japan for reference, through the analysis of the Japanese way, the problems in this field as a revelation for the development of Shanghai. The establishment of the Shanghai free trade zone is to have a lot of advantages, we should make full use of the advantages to explore in the free trade zone in the offshore RMB business of our country faces the internationalized a road of development, has very important practical significance.
