有鉴于上海自贸区的成功设立，进一步推广其阶段性成果和经验，广东也密锣紧鼓地筹备具有广东特色的自贸区申报项目。与上海自贸区的国际化大宗商品货物交易定位不同，广东自贸区定位于和香港、澳门合作的区域性服务业发展，充分利用国家级新政，积极发挥区位优势，推动地方进行经济战略性调整，力求在服务贸易自由化达到新的高度，深化金融领域的改革开放，促进三地经济贸易的发展，利好创新，打造国际自由化的公平营商环境。
广东自由贸易区实验区的建设，是顺应国际经济贸易发展的新趋势。实行更为积极主动改革战略的其中一项重大举措，首要任务是要探索中国对外开放的新模式以及新路径，推动加快行政体制和政府职能的转变，优化经济结构和促进转变经济增长方式，实验以开放促创新、促改革、促发展，形成能够复制并且推广行之有效的经验，服务全国范围内的发展势头。

Abstract

Given the success of the establishment of the FTA Shanghai to further promote its interim results and experience of Guangdong FTA, Guangdong has also underway to prepare for the characteristics of the FTA to declare the project. And international trading of commodity goods positioning Shanghai FTA different, Guangdong FTA located in regional development and services in Hong Kong, Macao and cooperation, make full use of the national New Deal, active play area advantage, promote local economic strategic adjustment, liberalization of trade in services and strive to reach new heights, deepen reform and opening up the financial sector, promote the development of the three economic and trade, good innovation, to create an international liberalization fair business environment.
