摘要在农村金融供需不平衡的背景下，农村资金互助社应运而生。若想实现资金互助社的可持续发展，首要问题是研究农户的参与行为，因此，本文对影响农户参与资金互助社的影响因素进行了分析。实证研究部分利用100个农户的调研数据，结合实际情况，选取户主年龄、文化程度、风险偏好程度、家庭收入水平、家庭人口数、家庭实际耕种面积、住宅与资金互助社间距离以及政府的支持力度等八个因素，通过Probit二元选择模型对上述各因素进行回归分析，并得出以下结论：上述因素均对农户参与行为产生一定程度的影响，其中户主年龄、风险偏好、家庭收入水平和政府的支持力度影响较为显著。最后，基于研究结论，提出了三条促进资金互助社发展的政策建议。51032

Study of Farmer's Participating in Rural Credit Union Funds and Affeeting Factors
Abstract
Under the circumstance of the imbalance in rural finance supply and demand,Rural Mutual Cooperatives have came into being used.In order to realize the sustainable development of mutual funds,the first concern is to study the participation of farmers. Therefore, this article makes an analysis on factors that affect farmers to participate in mutual funds. The empircal research part uses the survey data of 100 farmers, combining with the facutal situation and selecting eight factors, including householder age, educational level, risk preference level, family income level, family population, family actual cultival area ，the distance between residence and government support, to make a regressive analysis for the above-mentioned factors by empolying Probit Binary Choice Model. Through these analysis, we can drow the following conclusion that above-mentioned factors all affect the participation of farmers to a certain degree, which effects like householder age, risk preference, family income level and government support are more remarkable. Finally, basing on the conclusion, three policy suggestions are put forward to promote the development of Rural Mutual Cooperativel.

1.研究背景
中国作为农业大国，农业发展、农村经济、农民收入的问题始终是党和国家高度重视的话题。从2004年2015年，中央一号文件连续十二年聚焦“三农”，一系列一号文件的出台，形成了我国新时期建设社会主义新农村的政策体系。2015年中央一号文件 [1]，提出了在经济新常态下继续全面深化农村改革、促进农民持续增收的要求，务必把推进“三农”发展作为全党的工作重心。
