    摘要近年来,我国高新技术行业发展迅速,对我国经济的发展贡献率不断增大。同时高新技术产品出口额占贸易出口总额的比重不断增加,已经远远超过了美国、英国、日本等技术密集型国家。虽然我国高新技术产品出口额较高,但是出口的产品大多低端锁定,附加值较低。与此同时,我国高新技术行业的技术创新成果相比于其他国家来,仍处于较低水平。在这一情况下,我国高新技术产品出口的国际竞争力却在不断加强,其背后必定存在“看不见的手”改变了我国高新技术产品出口的比较优势。究其根本,政府的研发补贴起了重要的作用。52378

    为了探究研发补贴对我国高新技术产品出口的影响,本文通过定性和定量两方面系统地对研发补贴对于高新技术产品出口的影响进行了研究。文章通过测算我国高新技术行业的出口竞争力以及技术创新效率,并通过构造面板数据模型对研发补贴对高新技术产品出口的影响进行实证分析。结果表明,研发补贴一定程度上提高我国高新技术产品的出口规模,促进高新技术产品的出口。但是研发补贴并没有提高我国高新技术行业的国际竞争力,且对其细分行业的技术创新能力存在不同的影响。最后本文通过分析高新技术行业的产业特点以及研发补贴对高新技术产品出口不同时期的影响,对提高我国高新技术产品的技术创新能力提出实质建议。

    Abstract: In recent years, China's high-tech industry has developed rapidly, making an increasing contribution to the development of our country's economy. At the same time, the exports proportion of high-tech products account for the proportion of total trade exports is increasing, and it has been far more than the United States, Britain, Japan and other technology intensive countries. Although the amount of China's high-tech products exports is increasing, but most of the export products are low-end locking, with low added value. Compared with other countries, the innovation of our country’s high-tech industry is still in a lower level. In this situation, the international competitiveness of China's high-tech products export is constantly strengthened, there must be have an "invisible hand" to change the comparative advantage of China's high-tech products. The government's R&D subsidies have played an important role.

    In order to explore the impact of R&D subsidies on the export of high-tech products in China, we will use qualitative and quantitative to research the export of high-tech products. The export competitiveness of China's high-tech industry and technology innovation efficiency is calculated, and use the panel data model on the effects of R&D subsidies on the high technology products for empirical analysis.The results show that R&D subsidies can improve the size of China's high-tech products export, and it can promote the export of high-tech products. But R&D subsidies have not improved the international competitiveness of China's high-tech industries, and the industry's technological innovation capability has different effects. At last, we will analyze the industrial characteristics of high-tech industries and the impact of R&D subsidies on the export of high-tech products, and puts some suggestions to improve the export innovation efficiency of China's high-tech products.
