摘要在传统对外贸易增长动力不足的背景下,跨境电子商务发展势头强劲,已成为对外贸易的重要增长点。跨境电子商务目前尚处于发展的早期阶段,作为一种新的贸易方式和新型业态,具有广阔的市场空间和良好的发展前景。
大量实践证明,要想提高一个国家或地区产业的整体发展水平,基于产业层次的研究已成为趋势和必然。因此本文试着从产业的层面结合产业创新系统理论去分析我国跨境电子商务,通过分析构成我国跨境电子商务产业创新系统的构成要素和要素间的联动关系,构建我国跨境电子商务产业创新系统模型。该模型由环境子系统、知识技术子系统和网络子系统构成,通过分析该模型的各个子系统、各子系统之间的相互关系以及运作机制,为政府制定新形势需要的跨境电子商务政策提供参考,为推动我国跨境电子商务产业创新能力和国际竞争力的提升,促进我国跨境电子商务产业实现可持续发展的目标奠定坚实基础。52389
Abstract
Under the background of the shortages of the traditional foreign trade growth, strong cross-border e-commerce development, has become the important growth point of foreign trade.Cross-border e-commerce is still in the early stages of development, as a new trade way and new formats, has a broad market space and good prospects for development.
Based on the study of the level of industry has become a trend and necessity. So this article try to from the level of industry in combination with the industrial innovation system theory to analyze China's cross-border e-commerce, through the analysis of composition elements to our cross-border e-commerce industry innovation system, and relationship between elements, build the innovation system model of cross-border e-commerce industry in China. Subsystems of the model by the environment, knowledge, technology and the network subsystem, by analyzing the model of each subsystem and their mutual relationship, for the government to formulate the new situation need to cross-border e-commerce policy to provide the reference, in order to promote China's cross-border e-commerce industry innovation capacity and international competitiveness of ascension, to promote cross-border e-commerce industry in China to realize the goals of sustainable development to lay a solid foundation.
