摘 要:为了了解连云港市经济发展与碳排放之间的相互关系,以2005-2012年为研究时间段,对连云港市经济发展与碳排放量进行相关分析研究。这个时间段内连云港市碳排放总量增加到了原来的1.8倍,其中2005-2009年呈现稳定上升,2009-2010年上升趋势明显增加,2010-2012年碳排放量增长速度有所缓解。本文对碳排放量变化与经济总量、产业结构、能源使用效率、能源结构进行相关分析,结果表明,碳排放量会随经济总量的增长而增长,其中以煤炭占主导地位;第二产业、第三产业的能耗强度对碳排放总量具有很大的影响,着重提高能源的使用效率对降低碳排放总量具有至关重要的作用。研究认为,连云港市未来减排的途径主要有增加植被覆盖率,提高土壤固碳能力;优化能源结构,提高清洁能源比重;优化产业结构,提高使用效率;完善政策体系,倡导低碳生活,构建低碳社会。54537

Abstract:In order to understand the relationship between economic development and Lianyungang between carbon emissions in 2005-2012 time period for the study of Lianyungang Economic Development and carbon emissions related analysis. In this paper, changes in carbon emissions and economic output , industrial structure, energy efficiency, energy structure correlation analysis , the results showed that carbon emissions will vary with the total economic growth and growth, which is dominated by coal ; second industry , energy intensity of the tertiary industry has a great influence on carbon emissions , focus on improving the role of energy efficiency to reduce carbon emissions has crucial. Studies suggest that future emission reduction pathways Lianyungang major increase vegetation coverage , improve soil carbon sequestration ; optimizing energy structure, improving the proportion of clean energy ; optimize the industrial structure , improve efficiency ; improve the policy system , promote low-carbon life , building low-carbon society .
