摘要中小企业在越南经济发展中扮演着重要的角色，商业银行也日益重视发展对中小企业信贷业务，完善中小企业信贷业务逐渐成为越南商业银行在信贷领域中一个重要的研究课题，并受到广泛关注。本文以越南投资发展银行岘港分行为案例，对越南商业银行中小企业信贷业务问题进行了研究。论文首先对相关研究进行了回顾和归纳。接着，从概念，特点，作用等方面对商业银行的中小企业信贷进行了概述。然后，以越南投资发展银行岘港分行为案例，对该行中小企业信贷业务的现状，存在的问题进行了考察和剖析。最后，从政府和企业两方面对完善岘港分行中小企业信贷业务提出了一些对策建议。68211

Title Research on Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Danang Branch’s Small Medium Enterprises credit
Abstract
Small and medium-sized (SMEs) enterprises play an important role in the economic development of Vietnam, commercial banks are also increasing emphasis on the development of SMEs credit business, improve the SME credit business of commercial bank in Vietnam has become an important research topic, and received extensive attention. Based on the case study of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Danang Branch, this paper studies on the SMEs credit business of this bank. Firstly, this paper reviewed and summarized the relevant research. Secondly, from the aspects of concept, characteristics and role,this paper takes an overview of the SMEs’credit of conmmercial bank. Thirdly, with the BIDV - Danang branch case, this paper investigates and analyzes the status of the SMEs credit. Finally, from two aspects of government and enterprises, some countermeasures and suggestions are given to improve the SMEs credit business of this branch.
