Based on the relevant data from the economic and social development of Wenzhou since 1996, describes the changes in living standards before and after the implementation of local rural financial reform. Describe and analyze the investment and financing of local farmers and small and medium enterprises in rural areas before and after the Wenzhou financial reform. By describing the changes in the three aspects including organizational structure, the industrial structure and the proliferation of entrepreneurship in rural areas, explore the impact of financial reform on the mechanism of local rural economic development. Through specific case out, describe and analyze the impact of the case of Wenzhou Liren Group high-interest loans on rural residents' income, liabilities and financial investments before and after the Wenzhou financial reform.
