摘要：贷款利率市场化，即利率市场资金的价格不受央行的限制，利率的高低将任由市场自身的供求关系决定。实施利率市场化未来将会在我国金融改革中担任重要角色，也将成为未来学术界讨论的热点问题。目前，利差收入已占据中国商业银行营业收入的百分十七十以上，自从1986年中国对放开利率管制进行了初步尝试，至今已有三十余年，随着我国利率市场化措施的逐步实行，我国商业银行的盈利性和稳定性将会受到较大的影响。本文主要简单回顾了我国利率市场化的改革历程，运用所学知识，分析利率市场化改革对中国工商银行的经营以及我国其他银行造成的影响，得出利率市场化对我国商业银行的发展而言意味着压力和挑战。同时，在新形势下，商业银行在面对新的变革和发展，应采取积极的措施去应对改革道路中的各种复杂问题，为我国商业银行的发展做出创新。69009

At the same time, in the new situation, the commercial banks in the face of new changes and development, should take active measures to deal with the complex problems in the path of reform, to make innovation for the development of China's commercial banks.
