摘要：受历史发展的影响，我国的农产品生产以及出口一直处于比较优势的地位，再加上WTO的影响，我国农产品出口的限制减少，出口的数量也就相应不断增加。然而近年来，中国农产品发展严重受挫。究其原因，从外部来说，部分发达国家以及地区为保护本国、本地区的农产品发展而对中国采取“绿色贸易壁垒”，从而限制对中国农产品的进口。从内部来说，这与我国农产品的产业结构、生产者的素质以及农业出口体制有关。“绿色壁垒”给我国的出口贸易带来了严重打击，也造成了我国经济上的重大损失。为此，对绿色壁垒为我国农产品出口带来的影响进行相关研析并探索出有效的破解之法就显得非常重要了。本文对我国农产品出口贸易的“绿色壁垒”现状进行了分析，针对贸易壁垒提出一些问题，希望通过调查和研究来完善我国农产品出口贸易的“绿色壁垒”。70610

Green trade protectionism to Chinese agricultural product export influence
Abstract: Influenced by the development of history, the production and export of agricultural products in China have been in comparative advantage. Coupled with the influence of WTO, the restrictions on the export of agricultural products in China have been reduced, and the quantity of exports has been increasing accordingly. However, in recent years, the development of agricultural products Chinese suffered a serious setback. The reason, from the outside, some developed countries and regions to protect domestic agricultural products, the development of this region and to take the "green trade barrier" to China, thus limiting imports of China agricultural products. Internally, this is related to the industrial structure of China's agricultural products, the quality of producers and the system of agricultural exports. The "green barrier" has brought a serious blow to China's export trade, also caused a great loss to China's economy. Therefore, the impact of Green trade protectionism to China's exports of agricultural products related to research and explore effective means to solve the problem is very important.This paper on China's agricultural product export trade "green barriers" are analyzed, according to the trade barriers and puts forward some problems through the investigation and research, hope to improve China's agricultural product export trade "green barriers".
