摘要:在这个信息技术发展迅速的21世纪,如今数据库技术已经被广泛的应用到了互联网,人们通过这一技术得到了更为贴心的服务,更为人性化的用户体验。因此如何良好的运用互联网去解决一些生活中实际遇到的问题成为了当下的一个新领域。
留学生在到达国外求学以后,首要问题就是要找房租房。最开始的时候,当时的计算机技术还不是非常发达去解决很多的问题,很多学生想要在国外租房需要通过很多的翻墙软件亦或是一些论坛的广告才能了解到当地的房源信息,而那些国外的房东也没有一个很好的平台可以向留学生展示自己想要出租的房源。这样不仅浪费了很多学生的时间与精力同时学生的父母也不能非常安心自己的孩子去租那些不是很规范的网站上的房源。但是随着如今计算机互联网技术的进步与发展,充分的利用互联网技术去解决国内学生与国外房东之间的信息不对称成为了可能,而这样的一个平台能够很好的解决这两者之间的问题。 52812
所以因为有了这两端信息不对称的问题,此次设计了一个海外留学租房,这个平台的服务器是采用了Apache的服务器技术,平台的前台主要使用PHP作为开发的语言,而后台则使用了MySQL数据库,平台基于B/S结构并通过这些技术可以完成对于房源的信息管理,查看以及对于房源的预定。
