摘 要本篇论文详细介绍了利用PHP等工具建立了一个在线专家预约门诊系统网站。本设计遵照了软件工程中的软件生命周期法【瀑布模型】；本设计严格按照软件的分析、软件的设计、软件的编码、和软件的维护分为定义系统目标，可行性分析，需求分析，概要设计，详细设计，软件编码，软件测试，软件维护等阶段 。并且将面对用户的界面采用B/S结构和对后台数据的挖掘的管理逻辑层采用C/S结构。69146
在线专家门诊预约系统的设计与实现搭建了一个简便的平台，满足了各方面的需求，圆满了他们的愿景。患者可以自由安排时间，降低由于在医院等待而感染病状的风险。病人可以准确的找到自己需要的专家，不需要排队等待，经受漫长的时间的煎熬。简单方面而且网上容易操作。专家可以通过网上及时了解病人信息，提前考虑解决方案。对于医院来说，节省了物资力、人力，提升医院门诊的服务质量。使医院的管理更加科学合理。总体来说，对于病发高峰期，能够获得了极大的经济和社会效益。
