摘要随着时代的不断进步,现代工业的各种设备也越来越趋向于机械化和信息化。然而,大型机械设备的使用在为我们带来方便的同时也在维护方面提出了更高的要求。同时,由于设备的制造、安装、维护等一系列操作涉及诸多不确定的因素,因此难免会出现各种各样的故障,然而,只要一出现故障造成停机,就将导致一系列的不良反应。轻者造成生产过程中断,重者可能导致重大灾难性事故,这不仅造成了巨大的经济损失和恶劣的社会影响,还可能会出现人身安全问题。这表示着我们不仅仅要能够及时获取关于设备的各种运行信息和出错信息,还要能够在一定的时间内对相应的故障做出预测或者判断并给出准确的排除措施。因而,设备的故障诊断是现代化发展道路上的一个必不可少的存在。该次毕业设计的总目的就在于设计基于云服务的智能设备故障诊断系统。64609
本文主要是关于故障诊断系统的历史信息管理部分的设计与实现,文中对故障诊断进行了简要的分析,并利用数据库中的信息进行简单的故障诊断。本文利用各种软件资源在Windows平台下实现了故障历史信息的管理,主要功能包括:
1) 故障诊断;
2) 用户对各自的故障历史信息的管理;
3) 工作人员对于历史信息的管理;
4) 历史记录数据库。

Title Intelligent fault diagnosis system based on cloud services-fault history information management module
Abstract With the development of society, equipments in modern industries tends to be more mechanical and more informationize. However, while the use of large machines brings us convenience, it also requires higher maintenance. For the uncertain factors in manufacturing, installation and maintenance of equipments , there can be a variety of failures which may cause downtime events, and it would lead to a series of chain reaction. Lightly, it would cause the interruption of production process, in severe case, it may lead to catastrophic accidents.This may not only brings huge economic losses and adverse social impact , but also could harm personal safety. This means that we should be able to achieve the various operating and error information about the device in time, and also be able to judge the fault reason and gives accurate corresponding release measures in a certain period of time. Thus, the fault diagnosis of equipments is an essential presence on the modern development. And the purpose of this graduate design is the design of intelligent fault diagnosis system based on cloud services.
This article is mainly about the design and implementation of history information management part of the fault diagnosis system .There is a brief analysis of fault diagnosis and here we use the information in the database to implement simple remote fault diagnosis. We use the network on Windows platforms to implement history information management, main features include:
1) Fault diagnosis;
2) User’s management of fault history information;
3) Staff’s management of the history information;
4) History records database.
