    摘要： 医疗护工管理系统（安卓平台）是用于医院或者医疗机构提供、安排给就医患者以及家属较高水平的医疗护理服务的工作人员，其系统主要目的是在于更好的安排护工人员护理已登记的患者、以及护工人员的日常工作记录和薪资结算和患者评价。本文对此系统进行了需求分析、详细设计、前后台设计、数据库设计等，还有系统测试的相关描述。前后台都是基于ANDROIDSTUDIO开发平台，采用Java程序开发语言以及C/S架构模式，运用SQLLITE设计访问系统本地数据库，设计了该套安卓平台的医疗护工系统。在现如今的信息化时代，对于护理员工的管理，由之初的人为控制判断来安排护理员工任务以及管理，到现如今通过科学化的信息移动平台操控护理员工管理，使医院等组织机构大大减少了人为出错以及不必要的时间浪费。69503

    Abstract: Medical care workers system (Androids’ platform) is used for hospitals or medical institutions to provide to the medical treatment and family members of the higher level of medical care services staff, the main purpose of its system is to have better arrange nurses care of registered patients , As well as the daily work record and salary settlement and patient evaluation of the caregiver. This article of this system needs analysis, described in detail the relevant design, front and back design, database design, and system testing.
