摘要本文重点探讨的是电解铝生产过程三维仿真技术。针对电解铝生产工厂现实场景进行3D仿真,目的是利用该平台对新员工进行系统的培训,让他们在电脑提供的模拟环境中熟悉工厂的设备,避免现实操作时的人为失误所带来的严重后果,同时减少了现场培训带来的人员经费开销。通过学习图形学知识和3D模型制作过程和现代电解铝生产工艺流程,运用图形引擎delta3D,逐步了解了图形渲染引擎绘制三维图形场景的基本步骤,实现电解铝生成过程的三维仿真系统。66677

Title three-dimensional simulation technology of aluminum production process
Abstract
This article focuses on the three-dimensional simulation technology of aluminum production process. 3D simulating the realistic scenarios of aluminum production plant so as to use the platform for the systematic training of new employees. With a computer simulated environment,they can be familiar with the plant equipment,avoid the reality of human error when operating the serious consequences,and reducing the on-site training of personnel expenses to bring overhead. By learning knowledge of graphics and 3D models production process and modern aluminum production process, using of graphics engine delta3D, I progressively understand the based steps of building three-dimensional graphics scenes with raphics rendering engine,and try to accomplish a three-dimensiona simulation system of aluminum production plant.
