摘要磁流变液是一种 智能材料,它可以在外加磁 场的作用下由流动性 良好的牛顿固体变为类固态 的非牛顿流体,转 变所需要的能量小,时 间短,过程可控。由于磁流变 液具有这些良好的特 性,它成为引信 延期解除保险机构 中非常有应用前景的智能 工作材料。
引信延期解除保险 装置属于磁流变液阻 尼装置的一种,小口径引信 延期解除保险机 构是磁流变液阻尼 装置工作在高剪切条件下 的一种应用,分析小口径引信延期 解除保险机构动态 性能对以后小口径引信设计过程 能提供一定程度的帮助。本文运用理论分析 及实验设计研究小口径 引信延期解除保险机构 的动态性能,主要从以下 几个方面开展研究:
(1)总结磁流变阻 尼技术,高剪切条件,动态 性能试验,引信延期 解除保险机构的 特点和最新研究动态。
(2)运用流体力学 知识,建立了磁流变液延期 解除保险机构的泄流时间 模型,给出了 泄流时间公式。
(3)针对小口 径炮弹延期解除 保险距离小、设计空间局限 的难点,设计出一种新型 磁流变液延期解除保险机构,并 对主要零部件进行了设计计算 和校核。根据电磁场 理论,对永磁体磁路进行设计,得到合理的永磁体尺寸。
(4)设计实验方案研 究磁流变阻尼装置高剪切条件下动态性能。
最后,总结 全文工作,并对未来工作 进行了规划。20677

Title Dynamic Performance Analysis of MR Damper Device on the high shear rate
Abstract
Magneto rheological fluid (MRF) is a kind of smart materials. Under the high magnetic field, it can be transformed from Newton fluid into Visco-plastic solid instantaneously. This transformation requires little power, short time and its working procedure can be controlled .MRF is a promising actuating material in fuze delay arming device for its performance characteristic.
Fuze delay arming device is a kind of MR damper device .Small caliber fuze delay arming device is the application of MRF damper device on the high shear rate .The dynamic performance analysis of small caliber fuze delay arming device can help the fuze design process in the future .This article investigated small caliber fuze delay arming device dynamic performance by the theoretical analysis and test design .The main contributions of this dissertation include the followings:
(1)Summarize the characteristic and the latest research trends of MR damper technology, high shear rate, dynamic performance test and fuze delay arming device.
(2)The delay arming time model of the MRF fuze delay arming device was set up based on the theory of fluid dynamics .The formula of discharge time is given.
(3)Focused on the difficulties of the short arming delay distance, the limited design space for small caliber fuze delay arming device, designed a new kind of MRF fuze delay arming device .Furthermore, some checks and optimizations on the main components was done .Based on the theory of electromagnetic field, the magnetic circuit was designed and the reasonable sizes of magnet was obtained.
(4)Design experimental scheme of the dynamic performance of MR damper device.
Finally, the work of this dissertation was concluded .In addition, the potential issues of this research was pointed out.
