摘要:目前中餐的主要加工过程还是靠人来完成,费时费力,很难保证加工工艺的一致性,而且个人能掌握的菜肴的种类有限,市场迫切需要一款能较好满足中餐烹调工艺要求的烹调机器人来替代人的劳动。根据中式菜肴的烹调原理,对烹调机器人的给料装置进行了设计,介绍了烹调机器人给料动作的多种方案。根据经验及相关理论进行实际设计和计算,得出了最优化设计,采用水平移动和翻转给料动作的机构,简单方便的满足了烹调机器人自动给料功能的要求。
本设计设计的给料装置包括主菜料的5个配料盒及其倒入锅中的动作,油和佐料的加入及沥水网兜动作等。主菜料的配料盒配备,可将任意一个移动到倾倒位置并倒入锅中;加油口可根据指令信号完成定时定量加注;沥水网兜可在水槽和锅间转换并倾倒。21941

The design of the feeding device of cooking robot
Abstract: At present, the process of producing Chinese food still relays on people's handwork,
which costs large amount of time, and it's quite difficult to ensure the consistency of processing technic , and it's very limited for inpidual to master the categories of food , as a result. Mark-et needs a king of cooking robot which can meet the requirements of making Chinese food to replace labor work badly. According to the cooking principle of Chinese dishes , the cooking robot feeding device is designed following with various feeding action. Based on relev-ant theory and the calculation of actual design and experience, we conclude the optimization
design, which take the horizontal movement and turnover feeding action mechanism, being
simple and convenient to meet the cooking robot automatic feeding function requirements. This design of feeding device in this article, which including 5 ingredients of main materials
and the actions of pouring into the pot ; adding oil and condiment and the action of draining
lacrosse,etc.,Feed ingredients boxes with entrees, You can move any one of the main ingredien-ts to pouring the position of dumping and dump it into the pot; The filling of oil can obey the
signal to complete the filling timely and properly; The draining lacrosse can be switched and dumped between the postion of sink and pot .
