    新型柱塞泵的密封结构设计及可行性研究Plunger pump seal structure design and feasibility study
    摘  要柱塞泵是依靠柱塞在其缸体内往复运动时密封工作腔的容积变化来实现其功能的。由于柱塞和缸体内孔均为圆柱表面, 容易得到高精度的配合, 而且具有泄漏小、容积效率高、可在高压下工作等优点, 因而得到了广泛的应用。随着现代化技术的发展和自动化水平的提高, 柱塞泵缸体的密封问题也越来越受到人们的重视。
      通过试验研究,液压往复柱塞泵的油、 水泄漏方式以及泵结构设计上不太合理而造成油水分离不良,从而影响泵的润滑效果。 针对存在的问题, 提出了改进柱塞泵密封结构设计,分析了柱塞在往复运动中的压力分布、 泄漏量的变化规律以及密封元件的变形对密封性能的影响。为配合密封的改进研究, 对泵头的结构进行改进。从设计原理看改变了O形圈与聚四氟乙烯圈的接触状态,而采用3个内嵌O形圈的压套并隔开O形圈的形式进行替换。从而达到油和液体的分隔开来, 即使泄漏的液体也不会影响到主轴泵体主轴箱中, 其主部零件润滑得到充分的保证和保护。 理论计算与ansys仿真实验结果基本上是一致的,使泄漏的油水均流向机外,可以从根本上解决油水分离问题,使其密封性能和耐磨特性的改善和提高, 确保泵正常工作。5026

    Abstract
    Piston pump is a volume change depending on the plunger sealing chamber in the cylinder reciprocating movement to achieve its function. Because the inner hole of the plunger and the cylinder is cylindrical surface, easy to get with high precision, but also has less leakage, high volume efficiency, can work under high pressure and other advantages, so it is applied widely. With the development of modern technology and automation level increasing, sealing plunger pump cylinder is also more and more attention.
    Through the experimental study, the hydraulic reciprocating piston pump oil, water leakage and pump structure design is not reasonable and cause the separation of oil and water is bad, thus affecting the lubrication pump. In view of the existing problems, puts forward improvement plunger pump sealing structure design, analyzes the influence of variation of plunger leakage distribution, the reciprocating motion of the stress and deformation of the sealing performance of the sealing element. Improved seal of cooperation, to improve the pump head structure. From the design principle of change of contact state of O ring and PTFE ring, while using the pressure sleeve 3 embedded O ring and O ring form separated replacement. In order to separate oil and liquid from leakage, even if the liquid does not affect the main pump spindle box, the main part of the lubrication and protection fully guaranteed. Theoretical calculation and ANSYS simulation results are basically the same, the leakage of the water flow into the machine, can solve the oil-water separation problem fundamentally, make its performance and wear resistance seal and improve, to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
