摘要选区激光熔融(Selective Laser Melting, SLM)技术在20世纪90年代中期由德国Fraunhofer激光研究所提出,是快速成型技术领域的重要组成部分,在航空航天、汽车、医疗、模具等领域显示了良好的应用前景。由于对精度及稳定性方面的高要求,SLM成形装置的扫描控制系统一直是国内外研究的热点。33619
基于课题组对陶瓷、复合材料等新材料SLM的研发需求,本课题开发了一种SLM成形控制软件,该软件具有与实验室已有成形设备相适应的功能。主要研究工作如下:
(1)首先研究掌握了SLM成形原理,振镜系统的工作原理以及新材料研发需要的常规的扫描方式;
(2)对所要开发的SLM控制软件进行了需求分析,规划出功能模块,设计出了程序界面;
(3)根据设计好的界面进行编码,分别实现了软件各个模块的功能,进而实现了整个程序所需具备的全部功能;
(4)将编写好的程序与成型实验台的激光器进行了连接测试,并用简单的实验验证了该软件的有效性。

Title The Scanning Control Method and Development of Forming Device by Selective Laser
Abstract
Selective Laser Melting(SLM) was proposed by the German fraunhofer institute in the mid-1990s.It is an important part of the rapid prototyping technology.SLM shows favorable prospects in the aerospace, automotive, medical, mold and other fields. Due to the high requirement on the accuracy and stability, the control system of the scanning selective laser melting forming device is always a hot research at home and abroad.
Based on the development demand of new SLM materials such as ceramic, composite and others, this issue developed a SLM forming control software. The software is compatible with the forming equipment of our lab. The main research work including:
(1) The SLM forming principle, the working principle of vibrating mirror system and need of the conventional ways of scanning for new materials research’s need were mastered;
(2) We did the requirement analysis for the SLM control software, planned out the function modules, and designed the program interface;
(3) We coded according to the designed interface, realized the function of software modules respectively, and then realized the function of the entire program required of all;
(4) We did a connection test for the program and the forming device, and used a simple experiment to verify the validity of this software.
