摘要复合制动系统是传统液压制动系统和再生制动系统的有机结合。制动力传递机构是将制动能量从踏板传输到制动器的一整套装置,决定了复合制动系统的制动性能。
本文论述了制动系统的组成,分析每一组成部分对整个制动过程所起到的作用,调查了汽车制动系统的性能分析与评价方法。之后深入研究了新能源车辆复合制动系统中的力传递机构,针对研究中发现的问题提出了三种解决方案,并设计了一种基于直线电机的电液复合制动系统制动力传递机构,并分析其工作原理和特点。最后采用丰田凯美瑞2015款的整车参数作为设计依据进行设计计算,确定合适的主缸和轮缸尺寸、制动踏板杠杆比等参数。经过验证上述机构满足制动要求。48912

Title The design of hybrid braking system for new energy Vehicles
Abstract
Hybrid braking system is a combination of traditional hydraulic braking system and regenerative braking system.Transmission mechanism of braking force is a set of device to transmit braking energy from the pedal to the brakes,determining the braking performance of the hybrid braking system.
The paper discusses the composition of braking system,and analyzes the role of each component during the braking process,and investigates the methods of automobile braking system analysis and evaluation.The paper also study the force transmission mechanism of hybrid braking system of the new energy vehicle, to solve the problem found during the study,the paper puts forward three solutions, and design a kind of force transmission mechanism electro-hydraulic hybrid braking system based on linear motor braking, and analyzes its working principle and characteristics. Finally the paper make vehicle parameters of the Toyota Camry 2015 as design basis to design and calculate,determine appropriate parameters of master cylinder and wheel cylinder such as size and the brake pedal lever ratio.After being verified,the force transmission mechanism meet the regulation of braking.
