摘要冲击波压力特性是评估炸药或武器爆炸威力的主要技术指标,其准确测量对战斗部的研制具有重要的意义。在爆炸场冲击波压力测试中,常用的压电式压力传感器会受到高温、机械冲击及地震波等寄生干扰的影响,致使测得的冲击波压力信号与实际值相差甚远;为此需针对爆炸场中高温、机械冲击、地震波的产生机理,研究各种寄生效应的有效抑制方法。基于典型的冲击波压力传感系统,采用激波管法对其进行动态校准并辨识出压电式压力传感器的结构参数,构建了冲击波压力传感系统的振动模型。针对机械冲击与振动对压电式冲击波压力传感器的干扰,设计了一款抑制这些寄生干扰的传感器安装组件,并构建了加安装组件的冲击波压力传感系统的振动模型; 分别在MATLAB平台和ANSYSWorkbench 平台下对安装组件进行建模仿真分析和结构有限元仿真分析, 并通过力锤敲击试验探究减振的效果。针对爆炸场中的热冲击效应,对传感器的敏感面涂抹硅脂,通过ANSYS仿真分析与温度场模拟实验探究隔热的效果。相关的仿真分析与试验结果表明本文采取的寄生效应抑制措施是有效的,对实际爆炸场冲击波压力测试有一定的借鉴作用。41325

Title Research on the Methods to Restrain Parasitic Interference about Pressure Sensor in Explosion Fields
Abstract Shock wave pressure characteristic is the main technical indicator to assess the explosive powerof explosives or weapons, whose accuracy is vital to the development of warhead. In shockwave pressure test of the explosion field, typical piezoelectric pressure sensor will be influencedby the parasitic interference such as high temperature, mechanical shock, seismic wave and soon, which make the measured shock wave pressure signal far from actual value. Therefore, weinvestigated into several effective suppression methods of various kinds of parasitic interferencefrom the generation mechanism of high temperature, mechanical shock, and seismic wave inexplosion fields.Based on the typical pressure sensing system of shock wave, we employ shock tube methodto dynamically calibrate and identify structure parameter of piezoelectric pressure transducer. Inorder to suppress the interference from the mechanical shock and vibration, a sensor setupcomponent is designed to suppress parasitic interference. Meanwhile, the vibration method ofshock wave pressure sensing system with the setup component is constructed. We conduct themodeling and structure simulation under the MATLAB and ANSYS Workbench platform andtest the shock-absorbing result through the hammer tapping experiment. Due to the interferenceof the thermal shock in the explosion field, we daub silicone grease on the sensitive surface ofpressure sensor; the effort of blocking off the heat is analyzed through the simulation on ANSYSand simulation experiment of temperature field. The relevant simulation and experiment resultsindicate that the suppression measures used in this article are effective, and it’s useful forreference to the test of shock wave pressure in the actual blast field.
