摘要铣边机主要用于加工大型船用钢板的焊接斜边,要求去能加工坡口、斜边、直边、U型边等型边能一次铣削成型。而本文主要对铣边机的总体及切屑清理机构进行论述。由于船用钢板比较大,用一般的机床压紧机构不能很好的满足其加工要求。最终确定其压紧系统用一个液压传动系统来实现。本次设计的数控船用铣边机加工精度要求很高,故对铣刀的要求提高了。本次采用的是成型刀具,刀库自动换刀。在现代企业,效益是企业的生命力,因此我们这次设计采用的是刀具移动和自身旋转从而可以实现两块钢板的同时加工,从而充分缩短加工时间。本次设计首先要明确设计要求、制定方案,然后计算其结构,进行必要的计算,拟定和侧重进给机构的方案设计等内容。43860
近年来,随着社会的进步,绿色生产得到越来越多的企业的重视。人们在追求高品质的生活中,越来越关注自身的生存环境。目前仍然有很多车间的加工环境急需我们改善,我们响应时代的要求,设计了本台船用铣边机的排屑清理机构。机床的排屑清理机构用于运输机床加工所产生的废渣。因此排屑清理机构的运输能力一定大于机床生产出来的废渣的量。本文所设计的排屑清理机构根据一些运输机的设计理念改造而成的铰链式排屑机。其采用的排屑方式是 :当移动小车上的铣刀切削时 ,切屑通过两侧的挡板将切屑清扫至铺在床身下面的排屑器上 ,然后由传送带将排屑自动携带至集屑小车内。本次设计主要具有的优点是:传输稳定、占地面积小、自动化程度高等。
