摘要随着机械行业的迅猛发展,被加工件的复杂程度和制造精度不断提高,机床在高精、高速、高效、复合等方面也得到迅速发展,而刀具的性能对机械加工有着重要的影响,这些都预示着制造系统中刀具数量将越来越大,种类也越来越多。机加工刀具的教学在机械专业中的重要性也越来越高。49091
本文首先对课题的目的、意义、研究现状、存在问题和内容进行简要的了分析,进而提出系统的总体设计方案、系统软/硬件开发环境和开发方法,完成了成本核算。再基于SolidWorks软件完成了车刀、钻铣刀、数控刀柄的三维造型、结构动画解剖。并应用SolidWorks完成了车刀刀具柜、钻铣刀刀具柜、数控加工中心刀具柜设计。实现了刀具相关信息、图表、装配图和装配动画、加工视频等的展示,并且可对刀具信息进行维护,圆满完成课题任务。
和传统教学手段比较,该系统不但能节约大量硬件成本,而且能使学生快捷全面的熟悉相关刀知识。本论文改进后可批量投产,适用于工厂生产管理。

Abstract
With the rapid development of machinery industry, the complexity of the parts and the manufacturing precision have continuously improved. The aspect of high speed, high efficiency and compound of Machine has rapidly developed and the performance of the machining tools have a significant influence in machine processing. All of these indicate that the species and number of tools in manufacturing systems will become larger and larger. The importance of machining tool course in mechanical professions is become higher and higher.
I firstly analysis the topic purpose, significance, research status, problems and the content of the brief in the paper, then put forward the design of the whole system, software/hardware development environment and development methods. Then I complete the 3d modeling, structure animation anatomy of turning, boring and milling cutter, NC handle based on SolidWorks software. And application will be turning, milling boring SolidWorks tool ark, CNC processing center tool ark design and molding made actual, realize the security of the cutting tool put, will tool classification, and mark, simulation. It can display the information, graphics, Assembly drawings , assembly animation and processing videos of various machine tools.
Compared with traditional teaching method, the system can not only save large amount of hardware cost, but also to make students quick familiar with related knowledge of machine tools. This paper can be improved batch production, apply to factory production management.
