    摘要风能作为一种可清洁的可再生能源,蕴量巨大,受到世界各国的重视。风机安装是风力发电的关键技术,用于海上风机安装的起重机对起重能力和起吊高度上有相当高的要求。国内外虽已有部分浮式起重机投入使用,但大多存在结构设计不合理的地方。其次,本文将针对浮式起重机主吊机吊臂进行结构分析,重新设计臂架结构,并利用有限元分析软件对其进行验证和优化。主要分析内容:50227

    (1)起重机臂架金属结构设计和三维模型建立

        利用起重机经典设计理论,重新设计并校核起重能力460吨、起吊高度100米的浮式起重机主吊机吊臂金属结构。根据设计数据,利用三维建模软件Pro/Engineer建立臂架的三维模型。

    (2)起重机臂架静力学分析

        根据设计数据,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立臂架的有限元模型。针对臂架在仰角为80°极限工况下,对其进行静力学分析,得到臂架的位移云图和应力云图。从而验证结构的合理性,并进一步进行优化。

    (3)起重机臂架模态分析

    通过对吊臂系统进行模态分析,得到其前6阶的振型图和振动频率。为将其与该起重机其他工作系统工作时振动情况进行比较,验证臂架结构设计的合理性打下基础。

    Abstract  As a clean source of energy, wind energy is receiving increasing attention from various countries with its huge accumulation. Installation of the fan is a key technology to wind power generation; however; crane used in the installation of the fan raises fairly high requirement to the lifting capacity and height. Although there have been a portion of floating cranes put into use, unreasonable design still exists. Through the structural analysis on the crane boom of floating crane and the redesign of its structure, this paper will utilize finite element analysis software to optimize and design its structure. The main analysis and contents are as follows:

        (1) The metal structure design of crane boom and the establishment of its 3D model

        Based on the classical design theory of crane, redesign and check the metal structure of floating crane’s crane boom whose lifting capacity and height is respectively 5 tons and 100 meters. According to the design data, using 3D modeling software Pro/Engineer to establish the crane boom’s 3D model.

        (2) The static analysis of crane boom

        According to the design data, using finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the crane boom’s finite element model. Aiming at the limit working conditions in which the crane boom is angled at 80 degrees in elevation, this paper gets the crane boom’s displacement nephogram and stress nephogram through the static analysis. Accordingly, verify the structural rationality and then further optimize.

        (3) The modal analysis of crane boom

        Through the modal analysis on the crane boom, this paper displays the fore 6 steps inherent frequency and vibration diagram. This process lays a solid foundation for the verification of the structural rationality when it is necessary to use its frequency to compare with the frequency of other working system.
